For change of mind returns, goods must be returned within 14 days of being received. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all labels and packaging. Returns are credited in the way in which they were paid. Postage charges on returns are non-refundable. Please contact us prior to sending goods back.

We endeavour to have all pre made products packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately due to the current climate, shipping times once they have left our hands are out of our control. All items sent come with tracking information.
